Prosci’s Virtual ADKAR Model Mastery Level 1: Prevent Change Resistance

This one-day Model Mastery program will equip you to:

• Effectively engage change leaders to partner with you in developing and implementing the ADKAR Blueprint
• Build change readiness by proactively preparing, equipping and supporting people to adopt and use a change
• Anticipate root causes of barrier points to prevent potential sources of resistance and move the change forward

• Make sure your ACMP membership is active and Metro & Eastern New York is selected as the Primary Group in your global profile; see guidelines here.
• Follow on-screen registration instructions, use the discount code in the confirmation email to register and make payments on the Prosci site for the training date that best fit your schedule.

  • All virtual sessions are now eligible for the member discount, in-person sessions are not eligible for the 15% discount.
